Saudi Enaya shareholders to elect board members March 8

Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will elect board members for the upcoming three-year term during the general assembly meeting on March 8, the insurer said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote on approving board activities from Jan. 23, 2018 until the meeting’s day.
