Saudi Arabia’s treasury bond holdings rose in January

Saudi banks’ investments in treasury bonds increased by nearly SAR 7.8 billion month-on-month to approximately SAR 262.2 billion in January, new data from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.

 

Meanwhile, SAMA’s foreign assets fell SAR 1.8 billion in January to SAR 1.90 trillion.
