Saudi Paper shareholders approve board remuneration policy

Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. shareholders on Monday approved updated charters for the audit and nominations and remunerations committees, during the company’s general assembly meeting.

They also approved the updated policies for the board membership and remuneration policy for board members and executives, Saudi Paper said in a bourse statement. 

In addition, the assembly approved appointing Hassaan Aseeri as a board member after the resignation of Abduaziz Al Jarbou.
