Jarir Marketing Co. is pursuing its expansions to open six new showrooms, chairman Muhammad Al-Agil told Argaam in an exclusive interview on Thursday.

The company has already launched two stores and will open another one in Al-Ain, the United Arab Emirates, this year.

Online sales exceeded SAR 100 million last year, Al-Agil said, expecting a 50 percent growth in 2018.

“The company posted strong financial results. The lower sales in Q1, however, came as most of the school’s second-term sales were in Q4 2017 on changing the academic year date, which had a marginal impact on the profit,” he added.
