Saudi Arabia is preparing to lay the foundations for Al-Qiddiya entertainment megacity project in Riyadh next Wednesday April 25, sources told Argaam.
The new city, to be built up on 334 square kilometers, is set to open its doors by 2022.
Qiddiya will be one of the most specialized international projects for drawing internal and international visitors alike.
Saudi Public Investment Fund (PIF) recently signed an agreement with Six Flags, a world leader in recreational parks, to develop and design a brand park in al-Qiddiya, the Kingdom's first leisure, sports and cultural destination.
