VOX Cinemas wins license to operate in Saudi Arabia

VOX Cinemas has won the second license to operate movie theaters in Saudi Arabia with an investment of SAR 2 billion, Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.

 

A subsidiary of UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Group, VOX Cinemas has plans to open 600 screens and provide over 3,000 job opportunities during the next five years.

 

The first VOX Cinema movie theater is set to open soon in Riyadh Park Mall within the largest Magic Planet Family Entertainment Center in the region.

 

The theater will contain four screens including the first IMAX screen and VOX Kids cinema, which is dedicated to children’s movies.
