Al Khaleej Training & Education Co.’s extraordinary general assembly on Tuesday approved a 12.5 percent capital hike to SAR 450 million from SAR 400 million through the issue of one bonus share for every eight shares held, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
Shareholders also approved a 5 percent cash dividend at SAR 0.5 per share for the fiscal year 2017.
