Ninth auction for Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi estate postponed to May 13

The ninth auction of property from the late Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi’s estate, which was set to be held today’s afternoon, was postponed to tomorrow, Sunday May 13, due to weather conditions in Qassim, according to the council responsible for the settlement of the succession (Tsfya Al-Rajhi).

Several properties will be auctioned including projects 27,32 and 25, as well as Al Basateen land plots 16, 21 and 15, a property in Al Muntazah Ash Sharqi, villa 1+2 and villa 3+4.

More than SAR 3.19 billion worth of properties from the estate have been sold so far in eight auctions, according to data compiled by Argaam.
