Amana Insurance names Al Moussa as vice chairman

Amana Cooperative Insurance Co. has appointed independent board member Abdullah Al Moussa as vice chairman, the Saudi insurer said in a bourse filing.

 

The appointment will be effective as of May 21, 2018, until the board’s current term ending on May 15, 2019.
