Saudi Steel Pipe names Riyadh Al Rabiah as chairman

Saudi Steel Pipe Co.’s board of directors has named Riyadh Al Rabiah as board chairman effective May 22, 2018 until the end of the current term on June 6, 2019, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The step came as the company’s former chairman, Khalid Al Rabiah, passed away earlier this month.

 

The board has also named Ahmed Al Debasi as vice board chairman and managing director.

 

They have also appointed Khaled Al Nassar as board member to fill in the vacant position and approved restructuring the nominations & remunerations
