SASCO receives favorable ruling in Jeddah land dispute

Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) has received an initial court ruling in its favor, in its case against the Jeddah Municipality, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

SASCO filed a lawsuit against the municipality last year for not handing over four land plots that had been granted to the company by a royal decree.

 

The financial impact of the ruling cannot be presently determined, the statement said.
