New chairman, board appointed for Abu Dhabi bourse

Khalid Abdullah Al Muhairi has been appointed chairman of the board of directors of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), state news agency WAM reported.

 

The appointment is part of the broader restructure of the board, as ordered by Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed.

 

The resolution named the following as members of the board: Khalifa Salem Ghanem Al Mansouri; Mohammed Najm Mohammed Al Qubaisi; Khalifa Ali Mohammed Al Qamzi and Ghannam Butti Khalifa Al Mazrouei, the report said.
