Alinma Tokio Marine elects board members

Alinma Tokio Marine Co.’s general assembly has elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term that starts on June 9, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

The new board includes, Abdulmohsen Al Fares, Haeronari Aiwakuana, Kintaro Kita, Ibrahim Al Sayari, Ali Al Ayed, Essam Banaga and Mutlaq Al Morished.

During the meeting, shareholders also audited financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year that ended Dec. 31, 2017.

They also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2017, the company said in a bourse statement.

They also approved all other items on the agenda, including appointing an external auditor, related party transactions and board remuneration for FY 2017.
