Shams accepts the resignation of two board members

Tourism Enterprise Co.’s (Shams) board of directors has accepted the resignation of Abdul Hameed Al Turaief (executive member) and Abdullah Al Swailam (independent member) from the company’s board for personal reasons, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The resignations are effective from June 4, 2018, the statement added.
