Durrat Al Madinah’s housing units fully reserved: ministry

All 694 housing units at the Durrat Al Madinah project are fully reserved, the Saudi Housing Ministry announced on Wednesday.

 

Prices at the project for each unit started at SAR 277,000.

 

Durrat Al Madinah is located within the borders of the Great Mosque, 7 km away from the Prophet’s Mosque and only 200 meters away from King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Road. It extends along 51,500 square meters.
