Aramco Trading Co. (ATC), the trading arm of Saudi Aramco, signed a term contract with Indonesia’s Pertamina to supply gasoline for the first time over the period from July to December 2018, Reuters reported on Wednesday, citing unnamed traders familiar with the matter.
No further details were mentioned about the deal value.
ATC will be shipping about 1 million barrels monthly of 88-octane and 92-octane gasoline grades, the traders said.
It was not immediately clear where Aramco planned to supply the cargoes from but it holds a majority share in S-Oil Corp, South Korea’s third-biggest oil refiner.
Officials from state-owned oil and gas giant Pertamina and ATC were not available for comment.
