Royal Commission for Mecca City and Holy Sites’ board of directors has appointed Abdel Rahman bin Farouk Addas as a chief executive officer, state-owned SPA has reported.
This came during the commission’s first meeting, headed by Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman, which touched upon the commission’s strategic goals under Saudi Vision 2030, in addition to the development of Makkah city and the holy sites.
Addas has 16 years of experience in mapping out strategies and providing consultancy in several fields including the financial sector, real estate development, and the digital services.
Earlier this month, Saudi Arabia’s King Salman issued a royal order establishing the Royal Commission which will have a board of directors under the chairmanship of the Vice President of the Council of Ministers and the Commission's members shall be appointed by an order issued by the President of the Council of Ministers.
