MetLife AIG ANB shareholders approve board, audit reports

MetLife AIG ANB Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved financial statements and audit report for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2017, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

Shareholders also approved the board report for the same period and discharged board members from liabilities during FY 2017.

 

In addition, the appointment of an external auditor was approved to audit the company’s financials from Q2 2018 until Q1 2019.

 

They approved updated regulations of the board’s subcommittees and approved related party contracts.
