Tabuk Agriculture appoints chairman, vice-chairman

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.’s (TADCO) board of directors has appointed Mohammed Al Rajhi as chairman and Suleiman Al-Saraf as vice-chairman, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board of directors also formed the executive, remunerations and nominations, and governance committees.

 

It also named the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul), as well as the board’s secretary.

 

The ordinary general assembly on May 6 had approved the auditing committee’s regulations and members for the three-year term starting from July 1, 2018 until June 30 2021.
