Saudi housing approves subsidized loans for market’s ready-made units

Saudi Arabia’s housing ministry has allowed beneficiaries to get subsidized mortgage loans on ready-made residential units directly from the market not just from ministry projects.

 

The step aims to give citizens more housing options to choose from.

 

The ready-made units have to meet the regulations of subsidized housing and have to be approved by lenders, whether banks or real estate finance firms, the ministry said.
