Al Sagr to pay dividend for FY 2017 on July 17

Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017 on July 17, 2018.

 Shareholders of record on June 28, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

Last week, the company’s general assembly has approved a 7.5 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017, at SAR 0.75 per share, amounting to SAR 18.75 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
