Jabal Omar, H Group to open new hotel in Makkah

Jabal Omar Development Co. has chosen H Group, the hospitality arm of Abu Dhabi Capital Group, to manage and operate a five-star hotel in the Jabal Omar project in Makkah.

 

The hotel will be the first to be operated by H Group in Saudi Arabia, Jabal Omar said in a statement.

 

The hotel will begin operations by the start of 2020.

 

Saudi-listed Jabal Omar is developing 2.2 million square meters of land near the Grand Mosque over five phases, at an estimated cost of SAR 20 billion, according to data compiled by Argaam.
