King Salman pardoned on Tuesday all military personnel who participated in the ongoing war in Yemen.
The decree pardoned “all military men, who have taken part in the Operation Restoring Hope of their military and disciplinary penalties, in regard of some rules and disciplines,” the Saudi Press Agency reported.
In a separate decree, he appointed Rakan bin Mohammad Al-Tobaishi as deputy chief of royal protocol.
