National Medical Care Co. (Care) saw a negotiated deal on its stock today, where 190,000 shares were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 59.00 per share against an official price of SAR 58.90.

 

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price.

 

The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price.
