Taleem REIT plans dividend for Q2 2018

Taleem REIT Fund will pay a 1.6 percent cash dividend for the second quarter of 2018, at SAR 0.16 per unit, amounting to SAR 4.56 million, Saudi Fransi Capital, the fund manager, said in a bourse statement.

 

 The dividend represents 1.57 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of Dec. 31, 2017, the fund manager added.
