Saudi Arabia intercepts ballistic missile towards Jazan

Saudi Arabia’s air defense forces intercepted a ballistic missile towards Jazan on Thursday morning, the Saudi-led coalition said.

 

The missile launched by Houthis was detected at 10:50am from the city of Saada, coalition spokesperson Colonel Turki Al-Maliki said.

 

The missile was deliberately targeting civilian and populated areas, he added.

 

No injuries were reported.
