Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Housing launched the second phase of Jeddah Heights residential project, as the first phase’s 1,370 units were fully booked, Saudi Press agency (SPA) reported.
The ministry raised the project capacity in order to meet the high demand of the eligible beneficiaries.
The one million-square meters project is located 10 Kilometers away from Jeddah, in Prince Fawaz neighborhood, situated between King Abdulaziz International Airport, Port of Jeddah and King Abdulaziz University.
Jeddah Heights provide more than 9,686 residential units with areas up to 264 square meters. Prices start from SAR 260,000.
More housing projects will be announced across the Kingdom soon, in partnership with qualified real estate developers, Saif Al-Suwailem, the ministry spokesman said.
