Wafa Insurance board member resigns

Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Wafa Insurance) board of directors on Jul. 24 approved the resignation of Yasser Al-Sharif, an independent board member, effective immediately.

 

Al-Sharif stepped down due to personal reasons, the insurer said in a bourse statement on Wednesday.
