AlBaha Investment and Development Co. said it has lost an appeal filed in 2015 contesting an order issued by Saudi Arabia's General Authority of Zakat and Tax requiring it to pay SAR 16.8 million in Zakat for the years 2000-2010.
The company will book the amount as non-recurring Zakat expense for Q2 2018, the Saudi-listed firm said in a bourse statement.
