Kingdom Holding names new Investment executive, acting CFO

Kingdom Holding Co.’s board of directors has named Mohammad Fahmi Sulaiman as investment executive director effective from July 25, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

Sulaiman served as the company’s chief financial officer (CFO) from March 13, 2013 until July 25, 2018.

The board has also named Shadi Sanbar as acting CFO starting from July 25, 2018.

Sanbar, who had been the company’s administrative & financial manager from 2007 to 2013, is a certified public accountant (CPA) with a long experience at Arthur Andersen Accounting Firm.
