Point-of-sale (POS) transactions in Saudi Arabia rose 7 percent to SAR 19.3 billion in June from SAR 18.1 billion a year earlier, figures from the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) showed.
Data showed that 80.3 million transactions were processed through nearly 324,300 points-of-sales in shopping malls, retail stores, and pharmacies.
