Derayah REIT plans dividend for Q3 2018

Derayah REIT is expecting to pay 1.82 percent of the initial offering price, or 0.181 riyals per unit, as cash dividend for third quarter 2018, fund manager Derayah Financial, said in a statement to Tadawul on Wednesday.

 

The company paid a cash dividend of 1.81 percent for Q2 2018 on August 1,  by transferring it to the portfolios of the investment unitholders.

 

The dividend payment for unitholders who did not provide their investment accounts has been withheld until they submit their investment account details to the fund manager, the statement added.
