Derayah REIT reported a net profit of SAR 21.6 million for H1 2018, fund manager Derayah Financial Co. said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
The first-half revenue stood at SAR 37.3 million, while total expenses and fees totaled SAR 9.4 million.
Net asset value (NAV) – based on fair value – reached SAR 1.1 billion, or SAR 10.06 per unit, with the number of total units amounting to 107.5 million units.
The yield for the period came in at 2.38 percent.
Funds from operations amounted to SAR 29.3 million.
