Al Ahli Takaful Co. on Sunday said Hamed Mohammad Fayez has resigned as the non-executive member, representing the National Commercial Bank, following his appointment by a royal decree as deputy minister of culture.
The resignation was submitted to the company board on Aug.2 and was accepted on the same day.
The board will announce later the nominated name after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the company said.
