KHC’s general assembly approves forming audit committee

Kingdom Holding Co.’s (KHC) ordinary general assembly approved on Aug 7 the formation, tasks and regulations of the auditing committee for the term ending on June 4, 2021.

 

The general assembly also approved the members’ remuneration and appointed the head of committee, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.
