The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) was chosen by TIME magazine among the world’s top 100 must-visit sites for 2018.
The US magazine listed landmarks in 48 countries, of which five Arab locations were featured including Ithra, Abu Dhabi’s Louvre and Warner World, Morocco’s Qarawiyin Library and Marriott Mena House Hotel in Egypt.
Commenting on this, Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan Al Saud, Minister of Culture, said that this achievement is dedicated to the Saudi leadership, the primary supporter of culture.
Ithra was launched by Saudi Aramco in 2016 as an all-purpose cultural destination.
