Saudi Arabia intercepts Houthi missile; 26 wounded by sharpnel

Saudi Arabia’s air defense forces intercepted a ballistic missile fired by Houthi militias from Yemen on Wednesday towards Najran.

 

Twenty-six people, including two children, were injured by falling scattered fragments. Eleven of the victims were taken to hospital for treatment, state-owned Saudi Press Agency reported.

 

The total number of missiles launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militia toward the Kingdom so far has reached 187 rockets.
