Abu Moati to pay dividend on Sept. 20

Abdulla Saad Abo Moati for Bookstores Co. said it will pay cash dividend for the fiscal year 2017/2018  on September 20, 2018.

Shareholders of record on September 4, 2018, including those registered at the Securities Depository Center two days after this date, are eligible to receive the dividend, the company said in a bourse statement.

This week, the company’s general assembly approved a 5 percent cash dividend for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2018, at SAR 0.50 per share, amounting to SAR 8 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
