CMA fines United Cooperative for listing violation

Saudi Arabia’s Capital Market Authority (CMA) has imposed a SAR 30,000 fine on United Cooperative Assurance Co. for violating listing rules, the market regulator said on Wednesday.

 

The company also failed to disclose the related parties transactions in its financial statements during the fiscal years 2014, 2015 and 2016, it added.
