Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO) has extended its memorandum of understanding (MoU) with United Chemical Co. for three months starting from Sept. 20, 2018.
The renewal was agreed upon by both parties, the Saudi-listed firm said in a bourse statement.
Any financial impact will be disclosed on a timely manner, the statement added.
In December 2017, SIECO signed an agreement with United Chemical to export its products and represent the firm outside the Kingdom, according to data available by Argaam.
The agreement was extended for three months twice, in March and June 2018.
