Tihama shareholders to elect new board Oct. 14

Tihama Advertising Public Relations Co.’s shareholders will elect new board members for the next three-year term in the general assembly meeting scheduled for Oct. 14, the company said in a bourse statement on Tuesday.

 

During the meeting, shareholders will also vote on the formation and remuneration of the audit committee.
