Sadara Chemical names new board member

Sadara Basic Services Company on Tuesday said that Chuck Swartz has been appointed as a non-executive board member of its parent company, Sadara Chemical Company, in place of Charles Kalil, who resigned on Aug.30.

 

Swartz joined Dow in 1983 and has progressed through a variety of technical and business management roles with increasing levels of responsibility, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
