Al Othaim shareholders elect board members

Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Co.’s general assembly has elected members of the board of directors for the coming three-year term starting on Oct. 3, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Abdullah S. A. Al Othaim, Abdullah Ali Al Dubaikhi, Abdulaziz Al Rebdi, Fahad Al Otahim, Abdulsalam Al Rajhi, Bandr Al Tamimi, Saleh M. S. Al Othaim and Abdul Aziz A. S. Al Othaim.

 

Shareholders also approved the audit committee and its updated regulations.
