Saudi Ceramic names Al Khereiji as board chairman

Saudi Ceramic Co.’s board of directors has named Abdul Aziz Al Khereiji as board chairman effective from Oct. 1, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

The decision followed the resignation of Abdulkarim Alnafie, the company’s chairman, from his position effective the same date.

Alnafie, however, will maintain his membership at the company’s board.

Ceramic’s board has also decided to appoint Alnafie as deputy chairman and managing director starting from Oct. 1, 2018 until the end of the current term.
