Saudi Electricity Company’s chief executive officer, Ziad Al-Shiha, resigned on Wednesday evening, citing personal reasons.
Al-Shiha has served as CEO of the state-run utility provider since August 2013.
The company’s board of directors has named Fahad Al Sudairy as chief executive officer starting from Nov. 16, 2018, it said in a bourse statement on Thursday.
