Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia) flew more than 23.3 million passengers on board over 144,400 domestic and international flights from the beginning of the year until the end of August, the national carrier said.
In August, the firm flew more than 3.26 million passengers on board over 19,000 flights, a 5 percent year-on-year (YoY) growth in the number of passengers and 5 percent YoY increase in flights.
The total of 1.46 million passengers flew on board 10,700 flights in August, while over 1.8 million passengers flew on board 8,800 international flights, a 10 percent YoY rise.
