Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Commerce and Investment has issued 54 steel export licenses, Abdulrahman Al Hussein, the ministry's spokesperson, told Al Eqtisadiah newspaper.
The Kingdom's exports of steel and aluminum surged by 166 percent year-on-year (YoY) in the first six months of 2018, stated Eissa Al Eissa, spokesperson of the Saudi Customs.
The key export destinations include UAE, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Philippines, Lebanon, China, Oman, Turkey and Indonesia, he added.
