Tihama elects board members for the new term

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co.’s shareholders have elected board members for the new three-year term started on Oct. 14, 2018, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new board includes Sari Ibrahim Abdul Karim Maayouf, Ibrahim Mohammed al shabib, Badr Hassan Elmady, Abdel Karim Ibrahim Maayouf, Khaled bin Fahd al abd aljabar, Obaid bin Saad Al Abduli and Reda bin Mohammed Al Haider.

 

Shareholders also formed the audit committee and approved the board’s actions during the period from Sept. 25, 2018 until Oct. 14, 2018.
