GASCO’s board member representing HRDF replaced

National Gas & Industrialization Co.’s (GASCO) board membership of Abdul Kareem Hamad Al Nojaidi, representative of the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in the company has expired on Oct. 23, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al Nojaidi’s board membership had started on Nov. 29, 2016, it said.

 

Chairman of the HRDF, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Sudairi, will replace Al Mojaidi as a non-independent board member for the remaining period of the term, the statement added.
