Al-Khodari expects to disclose H1 financials by Nov. 22

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. expects to reveal H1 2018 financial statements by Nov. 22, the company said in a bourse statement on Thursday.

 

The delay is not related to the company's operations, as the contracting firm is still fulfilling some audit requirements.

 

It would be difficult to measure the financial impact of delaying the publication of H1 financials, the Saudi contractor said, adding that it will disclose the related impact, if any, later on.

 

In September, Al-Khodari expected to announce the first-half financial statements in October, Argaam reported.
